First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the Tommy Bowe photo on the bar. That's a banning offence

So pull up a chair....what'll it be? appletini guinness cider Ale

I wasn't so sure that the Reds lineout then was so straight, but Crusaders have one last shot at it.

Hard to disagree with this.

Some of the hits by the Reds even on the 80 minute mark were great.

Pretty breathless now.

Delighted for Reds. Have to say apart from the Chistchurch Earthquake thing being something that makes me sympathic towards the Crusaders recently I'm very happy an Aussie team has won.

Yeah, I can't help but feel that I would have loved them to win it for Christchurch but I'm very happy to see an Aussie team get a win at long last.

Agree Red, but let's not forget the tradgedy in Queensland with the flooding.

Someone had to lose.

Oh-oh. There's bound to be trouble. Someone crack a racist joke.

"Englishman, Scotsman & and Irishman in a pub. 3 pints of guinness duly ordered. 3 flies land - one in each pint.

Englishman pushes his pint away in disgust.

Scotsman takes the fly out discards it and sinks the pint.

Irishman takes the fly out too... holds the fly over his pint and says... Spit it out you bastaard!

Enjoy the trip lads. guinness guinness guinness

It will sell, Hughie might end up buying one even, but I think it looks... well, it looks like what all rugby jerseys would look like if they were designed by a committee of eight year olds on a sugar trip.

I don't think that's a good thing... but who even knows anymore?

Hi Notch. Pretty much my opinion. But I was thinking mushrooms instead of sweets. Its mad. But hey, why not? If it brings shekels in for the club and generates convos like this, amongst fans - all the better. It ups the Ulster profile. Its working.

Willy. Meant to say man. Congrats on yer Graduation. OK guinness

I have a Toulouse Supporters Club jersey. It truly is, a thing of beauty.

Can you post pics/images from your PC on here? Or is it just links?

Must try it.

Evening Cari

Gibbo there's a function on the comment box for uploading pics to an external site (hosts them so you can put them on here) but I've no idea about that website or how good it is.

I'm sure it will sell and people who wouldn't normally buy Ulster jerseys (i.e. non-Ulster fans) might even buy it. So it's all good by me! I'd be horrified if the team wore it, but I like the jerseys we actually play in.

You guys might like this- it's a flash slideshow of rugby pics from last season by Colin Heyburn. Colin is a professional sports photographer and lifelong Ulster fan.
The pics are of Irish provincial games (mainly Ulster, but pics from Leinster and Munster as well), Ireland internationals and schools and club rugby games in Ulster.

There was an Englishman, a Scotsman and an Irishman...

...and the talk gets onto carnal matters. The Englishman says:

"when I make love to my wife she raises an inch off the bed"

The Scotsman says:

"och, that's nothing, when I make love to MY wife she raises 6" off the bed"

The Irishman looks sheepish and says:

"After I Flip the wife, I wipe my man sausage in the curtains and she hits the roof"
