looks just about a full house.
lads from my club are at it....that is some distance.
goal for Lar.
brick booked in a scene reminiscent of last years ai final.(Hapless hurley chucking)
clinton hennessy keeping the ball as far away from shane mcgrath as he can.
Tipp are flying. 1-3 to 0-1

it'll probably go that way again. I think Tipp can be got at in the back line but their speed, movement and technical ability all over the field is amazing.

callinan set up by john o'brien.
i am a minute or so behind, so cari is telling me about the goals b4 they go in.
corbett off a straight ball from ryan.
i had rewound a bit to look at a handpass from patrick maher he made after plucking the ball out of the sky, losing his caman and falling on the ground. I am caught between calling it genius and cheating for chucking it.

no probs. my own fault.
It makes great telly but a murderising like this makes terrible radio.
davie fitz is going to explode.

Kildare for us, FFS, this could very well prove to be the end of our summer- a real crunch tie this one, the only consolation being in that its a home tie. If we do go through both the Ulster finalists would prove a stern challenge I'd rather Donegal out of the two atm.
Wexford giving a very good account of themselves against the Dubs but never recovered from that Molloy OG. Bernie was Poopie. Although I expected Tipp to win I also thought it'd be a much closer contest.

Re: live scores- 9-10/7/11 building a foundation
Best possible draw for Down, Saturday in Belfast. Down only played for twenty minutes yesterday. Benny Coulter scored seven points and each one was a work of art. Clarke as seems to be the case all the time was stop start.
The problem with midfield persists but Gordon is still required at full back and had an excellent game. Its thye first time I have seen Mooney play and his cameo appearance in the last 10 minutes yesterday clearly showed what we are going to miss when he goes to Australia.
Really fancy our chances against Antrim next week and hope Mr Hartley mother fully enjoys her second Mothers day gift this year!

Dublin got a bit lucky with the og but fortune favours the brace as they say.(Wexford were the braver ones today though!) It was a poor match,Brogan had an off day,the bottler strikes again. Didn't watch the hurling but goes back to my point earlier in the week that interest in hurling is declining.

Don't agree that hurling is declining..............KK & Tipp are just playing the game at a level it hasn't ever been played before.................Galway are the 3rd best team in the country and then its W'ford, Cork, Limerick & Dubs (not neccessarily in that order) next........................................

Sorry, meant to say interest in it will decline. If 2 teamshave a chance then there isn't much point of the others turning up. This is what people will think.

Pretty poor performance from Dublin but hat's off to Wexford they did play well and that Brosnan guy was the best player on the pitch by a mile.

To be fair, he's only human. He had a bum day at the office, we all get those. Hopefully he'll be OK come the QFs and score loads of points just for me!

Re: live scores- 9-10/7/11 building a foundation
I am sure he will. it is just the approach of the 2 brothers couldn't have been more marked.
Alan linked play, took scores and did a lot of work for the team. Baaaarnard took on silly shots as he seems to do when things get tight, or in this case where wexford set themselves up as almost a mirror of the dubs.
Alan got motm on tsg also. I'd have given it to Ben Brosnan, but for les bleus, alan was head n' shoulders above his mates.

Yay. Well done Alan Brogan. I heard Brosnan was superb on the radio though.
Did anyone notice the Beckhams tribute to yesterday's Tipperary score? Fancy giving your kid the middle name of Seven though....

I found it a bit strange how Prince William is delighted he met up with David Beckham. He wasn't half as fortunate as his Grand-mother who met Lar Corbett!

At first glance thought it was a throw, but more I look at it it's a clean pass, he didn't catch it.
