Hampshire and Middlesex (no, honestly) did us a huge favour by beating Sussex and tying with Zummerzet, respectively. I reckon if we beat Kent we are definitely through to the last 8, but if we lose it'll be squeaky bum time in our last game against Sussex.

Vince was awesome against us today. I think the 4 teams through will be Hampshire, Somerset, Sussex and Surrey (not necessarily in that order) Us vs you at Hove will be the decider...

Good post, Simon.

Particularly worth noting that whilst the momentum is clearly with us after four wins on the bounce, Thursday's t20 game is also vital to Kent and that a win for the Spitfires would put them right back in the mix and leave us needing to win against Sussex to qualify ....

Just checked out the Sussex/Hants scorecard today - Vince vs Vincent was no contest! Ref should have stopped contest boxing
