I’m having a right tough time with the Liverpool Sunderland match, Afro has some very good organisation/marking skillz.

Viva, yeah its ok, enuff gash in there to be fair. Quite pricy, 2 bottles of Peroni, Vodka n lemonade and disaronno n coke, £16. So we just started buying bottles for £80 instead.

I am weighing it up.

I left Gloucester various messages to get tactics done, but they were ignored.

I don't think we can sack him so quickly though. He has only missed tactics for one league game, and didn't get the cup tactics in because of lack of U21s.

I think the league needs the money at the moment.

Teams who finished in the bottom half find it difficult to attract from the foreigns. Most of the decent names are gone, or have already been turned down. Those clubs have to look at domestics to attract a lot of signings.

Managers aren't prepared to sell first team players unless you offer over the odds for them. The money changes hands and then the bigger teams use it to buy more quality into the league. It's the money that keeps the flow of players happening and IMO it's transfers that keep managers interested.

The banter, jokes and arguments are what really attracts me to the leauge rather then the actually managing.

Same for me, but you watch any new managers. They all come in and start trying to buy and sell loads of players. Its that that appeals to most I reckon.

I've tried to focus on my tactics more this season, spending more time thinking about the other team and strategies to hihglight their weaknesses and tactics to try and exploit them. I've enjoyed that a bit more, whereas it used to be a bit of a nuisance trying to find the time to do them.

I noticed against Everton that your tactics are not about your team but also countering the opposition. But it's a fine line exposing your oppositions tactics and players and just attacking/abusing their players to gain votes.

Going to West Wales where we have booked a cottage in the middle of nowhere. It has a private meadow and a 10 minute walk down through the woods to the beach. Perfect for my son and will see next to no people. Can't wait!! Even if it rains, it's coats and wellies on and go and get muddy!!

From what I've read from your tactics I haven't seen anywhere that you are trying to destroy the opposition. You've highlighted true facts about the team, such as Everton didn't have a proper DM. As long as you don't make things up or exaggerate. What really grinds my gears is when a manager adds new ability to his player.
