NXT Week 11 *SPOILERS*

-- The next Season 4 elimination is scheduled for next week's episode. The final episode determining this season's winner will be in two weeks on the March 1 episode.

-- Brodus Clay picked up five immunity points on this week's episode to be safe for next week's elimination, which will be between Derrick Bateman and Johnny Curtis.

-- During the show, Clay was booked to win a singles match decisively over R-Truth, who is one of six wrestlers in the Raw brand's #1 contender Elimination Chamber match.

-- The NXT main event saw U.S. champion Daniel Bryan defeat his Rookie, Derrick Bateman, via submission.

The match started with a handshake, prompting an ROH reference by Dolph Ziggler. "It's not ROH, you don't have to shake hands," Ziggler said, referring to ROH's "Code of Honor" pre-match handshake.

Brodus Clay I can see WWE making a big star of, the guy is a behemoth and a perfect natural successor to the likes of Kane.

In not one to really root for the faces, but I haven't warmed to Brodus yet, while it pains me to say it but Derrick Bateman actually entertains me. :606laugh:

There is another season??!!!! :crying: How long is NXT 5 for?

There's no confirmation yet on plans for the next season but there has been talk of doing a father-son theme with WWE Legends and their sons in developmental.

That sounds vaguely interesting. I take it that would be a short season? Isn't Tough Enough replacing NXT?

That's what I thought, but with a fifth season on it's way they will surely clash :/
