It basically means that bluesquare and 88 are offering odds for anyone other than New Zealand.
So 888 will give you 8/13 for the AB's to win it, and 6/5 any other team.

Thanks for that - I sort of thought that.
Is it different from when I see (say) 12/1 bar on the donkeys?
I always thought that that term was shorthand for the rest are running at greater odds. But can you bet on the bar? And do they have the field betting in the donkeys?
