Re: RWC 2011 - Round Two
England 13 - 24 France
MOTM - S O'Brien
France over power the English pack and when has that ever been said, The lineout is the one main point of possesion for the English roses, but the English halfbacks have limited action with the lack of ball coming to them and being put under pressure throughout.
Ireland 19 - 20 Wales
MOTM - Warburton
The packs are pretty even in this match, notable weakness in this area for Ireland is at TH, Hayman being sorely out of form IMO. The Irish halfbacks look potent for and a good combination to aid their progression. However I like the combination of Wales' backs, although again I do like the Ireland midfield combo.
Argentina 15 - 27 Australia
MOTM - Domingo
Good improvement by the Argies makes this game competitive. But the pure class in the throughout the Wobblies team see's them safe through this game.
South Africa 19 - 26 New Zealand
MOTM - Dagg
A ding-dong battle, from end to end. But the All-Blacks prevail, and looks difficult to see anyone to anyone challenge them for the trpphy.

Re: RWC 2011 - Round Two
Andries Bekker should be in at 12 for Argentina
England 16 20 France
Similar quality in the backs for both sides but bit more up front for the French will see them with more ball of better quality and should ssee them take this one.
Wales 15 17 Ireland
Wales stronger in the front 5 of the pack but Ireland hold the upper hand in the backrow and halfbacks and think the irish halfbacks will get more out of the ball they get
South Africa 23 26 New Zealand
Great forward battle here. Not much give either way. Main difference in this one is Carter at 10 and Ioane in the backs who has been in great form

Re: RWC 2011 - Round Two
Wales 19 - 21 Ireland
Slight edge to Ireland in the pack and the HB's makes the difference here.
Argentina 18 - 24 Australia
Oz have that bit too much quality all over for the Argies.
South Africa 23 - 25 New Zealand
Really tight game all over the pitch, but that x factor that some of the AB players have sees them through.

Re: RWC 2011 - Round Two
England 20 - 24 France
Mujati ; Medard, Roberts
Englands tight 5 did very well and provided a decent platform for Youngs/Flood. The French back row were rampant though and put Flood under a lot of pressure. Some lapses in concentration in the backs cost England here.
Wales 13 - 13 Ireland
North ; Parra
Both sides left nothing on the pitch in what was a gruelling encounter. Both sides have work to do if they are going to progress in this tournament.
South Africa 18 - 21 New Zealand
F Steyn, Mapusua ; Dagg, Ioane
Strong battle up front with the AB's winning the scrums and the Boks doing well in the lineouts. The half backs made things happen for New Zealand, whereas the Springbok midfield didn't get a proper run at it, party due to McCaw being everywhere.
