That One Scene
I was watching one of my favourite films of all time Heat the other day and for me the coffee shop scene where Al Pacino & Robert De Niro finally come face to face is worth the price of admission (or forking out for the DVD) alone.
Are there any other films that you can think of where just that one scene made it worth seeing, regardless of how the rest of the movie turned out?

Re: That One Scene
best scene in any movie ever (and I dont even need to put FACT to make it so) is this one from True Romance.
Sicillians were spawned by.........click (youtube link)
Hopper and Walken at the top of their respective games.
Please note that this scene will be offensive to some but it was the first time I have ever just felt in AWE act the acting in a cinema.
Incidentally this is my favourite film ever

For me its Blade, the opening scene in the club/warehouse and the blood comes down! I think its the tune that does it justice! 8)

Pulp Fiction
Jules asking about Big Kahuna burgers, asking what does Marcellus Wallace look like and then quoting Ezekial 25:17.
From Dusk till Dawn
When they arrive at the club and the doorman informs them of the range of service on offer
Reservoir Dogs
The torture scene whilst Stuck in the Middle plays over it.
Under Siege
The birthday cake.

Man On Fire
Rayburn: A man can be an artist... in anything, food, whatever. It depends on how good he is at it. Creasey's art is death. He's about to paint his masterpiece.
You just know that things are about to kick off at that point.

YES!
"What are you gonna do?"
"What I do best. I'm gonna kill 'em. Anyone that was involved. Anybody who profited from it. Anybody who opens their eyes at me".
"You kill 'em all".

Neos' heart starts beating again, He can see the three agents in pure code, he stops bullets with his mind, then he dives inside one- blows him apart and the other two run.

"I'm a friend of Sarah Connor's. I was told that she's here - could I see her please?"
"No you can't - she's making a statement."
"Where is she?"
"Look - it may take a while. If you want to wait there's a bench over there."
"I'll be back."
Simply brilliant. 8)

Jurassic Park - When they arrive at the island and they see the dinosaurs for the first time. Richard Attenborough says "welcome....to Jurassic Park".
Superman - When he rescues Lois Lane from the helicopter. "Easy Miss, I've got you"....."You've got me??.....Who's got you?". Classic.
Jaws - Quint's Indiannapolis speech or when the shark swims past the boat and Brody says "we're gonna need a bigger boat"
All great.

The final moments of Road to Perdition. It would be terrible of me to spoil it to people reading, but I'll give subtle location hints. Hotel, Streets (it's raining) and Beach house.
