hah, you're actually the highest scoring team at 1-3-0, you even out-score 3 teams who are 3-1-0 (myself included )...
saying that Grizzly, you do have a truly awful defence, you've got the highest Pts Against (456), well clear of next worst (419).

You've been pretty unlucky. Basically T3 for points scored in the whole league but unfortunately you have also had the most points against (by a decent margin). Your team is not as bad as you think it is IMO.
EDIT: My advice for what it's worth is to be aggressive on the waiver wire if possible. I expect you are putting in requests and just missing out on them. I would also take a punt on some FA receivers with upside as they wont be any worse than what you already have at the position, aside from Welker and Smith. I don't really want to offer too much advice seeing as we're in the same division but there are a couple out there I would consider.
I think there are tight ends that would be an upgrade as well.

Ah I can take solace in the fact that despite being last in my division it is apparently the strongest division.
My main worry is that I am in last and I have also conceded the least amount of points, which can never be good.

Worst thread ever... only because it points out that i'm the only 0-4 team
Despite having outscored 4 teams in the West and 4 more in the East

Loving that I have the most points scored.
(Would rather be 4-0 though)

Re: 606v2 FFL East/West Power Rankings
The two unbeaten teams have only scored over 100 points 3 times between the two of them. None of the teams they have face have yet to score over 100.
I have scored over 100 points three times in four games. I presume then the 4-0 teams have had easier games so far?
Looking at the game scores I expect Thunder and Lightning, Child Please and The Stormbringers to be my main dangers in the West.
Lowland Admirals, Tartan Titans and Shepton Mallet Matadors look the strongest in the East. Although the Arrowhead Slingers are 1-3, I think they could be there or thereabouts at the end.

I can't believe I was beaten by a team that loses to Reggie Bush and a defence and is now 3-1. I really should be 4-0.

Have you looked at the waivers? There are no upgrades available. Best you can get is a stand in for bye week.
Question though - all those with losing/low scoring records, did you auto draft, pick 'bad' players or have injuries hit you?

I'm blaming the fact I picked at 9 which meant that the elite RBs were gone which forces you to go with an elite QB, and when you next pick at 23 there are virtually no RBs left.
In my other league I picked at 10 (10 team div) which I thought was initially a disadvantage but I managed to get some great players when picking consecutively and I sit 3-1

Re: 606v2 FFL East/West Power Rankings
Grizzly, not sure about that.
Top QB's are outscoring Top RB's, and the elite RB's are hugely underwelming (after 4 games) anyway.
Not sure about your other games, but you were unlucky to lose to me (less then a point). Remember, its a marathon, not a sprint.

Re: 606v2 FFL East/West Power Rankings
Moot - it was the first excuse that entered my head and I'm sticking with it !
Half seriously, I hated 9, would have prefered 14, if (like me) you see all the best RB go so you take a QB, by the time your pick comes round again something like 15 or more of the top RBs would be gone.
You are then faced with a choice of getting a decent WR option or a 3rd tier RB.
If you pick top 6 you can get an elite RB and a tier 1 QB, if you pick below this I think you end up with a tier 2 RB.
Of course it's all done on personal rankings so the fella who gets Fred Jackson and McFadden in lower rounds is probably doing OK whereas the fella who went all out to get Foster has had a rough start....

Re: 606v2 FFL East/West Power Rankings
Ha, fair enough.
I had picks 13 and 16, but my first RB wasn't selected until 41 as i assumed all the good ones had gone early doors, so i went for a top QB & WR first 2 rounds.

Re: 606v2 FFL East/West Power Rankings
Wow! 17th! I'm happy with that after my 0-2 start. Having said that, I'm only 2-2 now by default. I'd be 1-3 if Tom hadn't left Beanie Wells and Antonio Gates in his line-up when both were inactive in the week that I played him. I still only scraped a 3 point win!
I auto-drafted and really think I'm suffering for it. I got McCoy with my first pick which I was happy about and am even happier now given than he's the 2nd top scoring RB but after that, I got P Manning and DeAngelo Williams - I don't think I'd have draft either given the chat at the time about whether Manning was going to be ready for the season and how bad D Williams was last season. Also got a bunch of other players I'd never have picked - Cutler, Berrian, Mason being the main ones.

Glad to be 9th won a couple of games by only a few points
The west div 3 is going to be tight as we currently sit in 3rd 7th 9th & 12th
With no decent waiver pick ups , each week your star players are out is now a killer

Yes and IMO there are either upgrades or guys with more upside available at WR and TE than a couple of players Grizzly currently has at these positions. At the time of writing my original reply there was a TE available who would have, IMO, been a clear upgrade at the TE2 position and may have even pushed for starting consideration. Unfortunately he has since been picked up. At WR there is still a couple of upside guys who I would rather have over someone like Hester for example.

twelve - I have a few teams and can't remember exactly who my TE is on this team, was is Kellen Winslow ?
I got a feeling I picked up brought in a second TE earlier this week, been operating with 1 all season

Yeah you currently have Kellen Winslow and picked up FA Daniel Fells but I would have gone after Ben Watson when he became available.

Well AP has turned out fine for me as has Vincent Jackson and Owen Daniels might be coming into focus and Rackers is a good Kicker (clutching at straws).
Otherwise my failings are partly a case of drafting Peyton Manning in round 5 (against my original plan of going after Stafford or Freeman in Round 6) and now having to go with Kolb or Grossman. There both average and you end up with a proper dilemma every week over who to start.
Shonn Greene has been a bust. My draft strategy was that I knew I would get AP and he would play every week, so I basically needed one other decent back and I turned to Greene at the start of round 3. Then the draft just went the wrong way I ended up with only 3 running backs on my roster, which would be absolutely fine if Greene had lived up to expectation.
Outside of that, Mike Williams has not performed (a nice -0.4 pts in week 2? when I lost by about 10 pts - partly caused by All my opposing RB's having monster games ). I went for Danny Amendola cuz the Rams schedule is brilliant down the stretch and he is on IR. Burleson hasn't lived up to the pre-season hype in Detroit as literally every TD goes to Megatron because he is a machine. Falcons defence was average over a decent early schedule. Aaron Hernandez was on my bench week 1 and 2 and is now injured.
And belive it or not my combined record outside of this league is 8-0!

Hey, that was my question, not Twelve's!
Seems a split between all 3 for you! The bad, the injured and the auto drafted! The film Eastwood is glad he didn't make.

I'm in a similar boat to crazy_dave, my team here and on the fleaflicker league is doing rubbish but my other teams are 3-1, 3-1 and 4-0! Think I am just a lot better with smaller leagues as all three of those are 10 teamers
