Happy st.David's day to everyone especially all Welsh people wherever you are.
Other good news is that adam looks set to play some part in this weekend's game for the Ospreys, and then if he's good probably for wales against ireland.

On a private issue, I lost my Gmail like many others and it hasn;t yet returned, i do have two other e-mail addresses but i'm not too sure how i go about adding them to my profile, anyone help?
