Bodyparts - which love weights..which hate them ???
Everybody has one bodypart or more that responds to weights better than any of the others....
For me chest has always been the slowest of the lot...had to try all exercises...from dips, presses...Cables, Flyes, pullovers..even pressups to see if I could accentuate the growth!!
Managed to get a 49 inch chest but it was a struggle and a lot of that was due to having good strong wide lats.....
Back however was always great.....flew threw the deadlift weights and chins were always strong.......Basically only needed these two exercises with shrugs thrown in at the beginning...
Obviously over the last few years now I have the mass my routines are a lot more simple....switching cleans for deads and sticking to incline presses and dips etc..
Chest - weak...Back - strong... Arms and legs were good if not great gainers but increased my weights steadily on them..

Re: Bodyparts - which love weights..which hate them ???
Shoulders were slow, for me. Took me a fair amount of time to start adding size to them, trying shedloads of different exercises.
I'd say chest has always been my strongest. I don't shift any particularly heavy weights at all, pretty much 85kg bench, without overly exerting myself, but that along with flyes, cables and incline press seems to work well.
Arms pretty good too, I don't do a great deal on them these days as they're worked as a by-product of chest (triceps) and back (biceps), which seems to do the job.

Strange that you'd be strong in the chest and weak in the shoulders as..the shoulders come into play with chest so much..
Cheers for the contribution fisty...

I wouldn't say chest was strong in terms of weights that I can shift, I mean strong as in that is where I see the best results, sooner.
Now that shoulders have caught up I can actually shift plenty more with my shoulders than I can with chest. Add a lot aesthetically, shoulders.
Legs was always hard work. Don't bother with them now though, as they get a decent workout when I go boxing twice a week..and don't have time to fit them in elsewhere.

Arms, possibly owing to the fact that i dont train them as an individual muscle group (they get trained through Dips,Chins,Dead,Bench) but although iv always had decent size arms (around 18inches) iv never had much in the way of definition like in my legs/chest/back, and when occasionally trying a barbell curl i dont seem to have anywhere near the relative strength.
Legs Back and Shoulders - i only have to think about lifting wieghts and i pack it on in these areas. I think it has a lot to do with playing Rugby (i Play Loosehead in the London 1 league - "semi pro ish")
As these areas (traps especially) are under so much pressure during a game from Scrums i have good definition and size across all - a few years ago i had 28inch thighs but id guess around 24 now.
All of this is also probably linked to which exercises i enjoy most
LOVE: Deads, Shrugs, Military Press, Squat
HATE: Any arm specific exercise

Abs are the only thing that has ever been really difficult for me to get them defined, had to try so much to actually get them defined so they stand out, find that arms shoulders and chest were relatively easy for me to build up.
I'm still not huge, though getting there, as I used to play a lot of football legs weren't too hard to get back up to standard either and I run most nights of the week again. Started running with 2.5 Kg weights in each arm, gonna start building that up slowly as well now.
