I actually called them up and had a right go at them. Got through to one of the directors after I asked them to provide me with the regulatory body of recruiters (I think its PT Barnum).

You could actually contact the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) or IRP (Institute of Recruitment Procfessionals.)

I could quite easily get you the numbers if you want as I was a member of the REC and IRP for a while.
