British p4p top ten....and 5 years in time?
Off the back of liam_main's article re: the p4p top ten...5 years time I wondered what everyone's thoughts were on the Brits and how they compare to the BBC's top ten, which just to refresh your memories is :-
1.Haye
2.Froch
3.Khan
4.Brook
5.Cleverly
6.Munroe
7.Burns
8.Murray
9.Macklin
10.Barker
Mine currently would be:-
1.Froch
2.Khan
3.Haye
4.Cleverly
5.Burns
6.Munroe
7.Brook
8.Murray
9.Macklin
10.M.Hatton
My knowledge of area titles and local boxing knowledge probably isn't a patch on a lot of yours, this is pulled from my relatively limited knowledge, so I thought you guys could shed some light if you know of any serious prospects....
5 years time
1.Khan
2.DeGale
3.Gavin
4.Cleverly
5.DeGale
6.Brook
7.Froch
8.Saunders
9.Groves
10.Murray

DeGale is that good you put him twice?
I reckon Gavin will be No1. The kid is so damn accurate. Saunders I thought had it all, but he seems to have drifted off the radar. What happened to him?

Haha, that's what you get for flipping between essays and forums!
Saunders is still so young that I thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, he's arranged to be fighting (TBA) on Warren's 2nd April card at York Hall, but I'll believe it when I see it!

5 years time can't see Groves being in the top 10 after Degale gives him a first class beating but never know bit more work on his defence in the future i can maybe see him win a euro belt but no furthur.Anyone else not seeing Kevin Mitchell being in there i reckon he would comfortably beat John Murray.

Tyson Fury anyone? Unified world heaamp. Only he can beat himself as he nearly did.
