Re: Amlin Challenge cup round 2
Driver, you might struggle waiting for some of the teams to be announced as some don't do it until Friday.
You might be better of going on the ERC website and using the line ups that played this week mate.

Phillips will be first choice during winter months mate - if only that pesky Driver didnt crock him...g i t...
First team is probably Domingo, Hartley, Hayman, Lawes, Albavete, Elsom, 7 still unsure, Parisse, Phillips, Giteau, Ashton de Villiers, Tuilagi, Halfpenny, Foden.

Re: Amlin Challenge cup round 2
I've got a first team for winter months and then another for running conditions - want to try and start using Beauxis on the bench and bringing him onto the pitch with last 20-30mins as didnt realise how big his boot was! Huge kicker, honestly thought he was more of an attacking 10 - must do more research on players I sign!

Really good team that Arry - Birkett's been doing a great job for Wasps in real life in the 6 shirt, so might be worth swapping him and Mafi about as could really balance out the team.
You might also want to have a look at your academy as you've got some great players coming through who are better than Elder and Honeyben.

Re: Amlin Challenge cup round 2
Tactics -
* Bully Rovigo pack and get ball carriers punching holes in their defence - play at a high tempo from first whistle and move ball all over the pitch.
* Tire Rovigo and get ball to Simpson and Cipriani to run the game.
* With mis-match in teams, will kick to touch all 3 point penalties and look for a huge score.
* Bring on youngsters in second half and give all bench players a run out so all first team squad has played some minutes and are not rusty for next week back in AP.

Tactics
*Big forwards to grind the european pack down,
*Pacy backs both Chesters and Le Bourgeois have good track records of scoring,
*Heavy centres who will look to create the gaps,
*Heathcote to be given control but McCabe is calm headed if required,
*Impact bench to be sued as and when,
*We are after a big win so will be playing attractive attacking rugby and taking no prisoners in the pack with our strongest backrow to date out,
*This must be 5 points for us or we will be dissapointed as we look to rack up a big morale boosting win.

Re: Amlin Challenge cup round 2
Banca 3 - 47 Worcestor
Big win for Worcester, would have been a score well into the 60s if they had given a few more of their first team a run in their backline, could see it being not as free flowing as it could have been.
Petaca 11 - 65 Exeter
Mauling, Exeter put out a lot of their first team and the bench will hammer Petaca in final 20mins.
Bath 88 - 5 Prato
Thrashing, complete and utter thrashing, espc as at home.
Wasps 63 - 3 Villa
Another thrahsing, but still dont think Wasps have got the threat out wide to get above the low-60s. Need some more creativity in the midfield to get anything from the backthree.

Re: Amlin Challenge cup round 2
Banca 6 - 41 Worcestor
Way to much in the pack for Worcester here. Big win for the english side
Petaca 6 - 46 Exeter
Alot of first teamers on show for Exeter and with so much quality they should run out easy winners
Saints 52 - 8 Rovigo
Saints making sure to give some of the youngsters game time but plenty of quality on show for a comfortable home win
Bath 41 - 9 Prato
Bath with a very strong pack out should see majority of the ball. Not over sure of Shingler at flyhalf though and he stops this being a complete drubbing
Wasps 43 - 7 Villa
Again just too much from the english side on show. Arry has built up some decent depth now which will set him in good stead this season

Re: Amlin Challenge cup round 2
Some dire opponents this week, total domination and bonus points all round.
Banca 3 - 48 Worcestor
Big away win with a poor home side not contesting
Petaca 6 - 52 Exeter
As above
Saints 58- 12 Rovigo
A slightly better side but too much for Saints
Bath 50-9 Prato
Easy win
Wasps 47- 3 Villa
Another controlling victory

Petaca 6 - 52 Exeter
Nothing in the homeside and a strong Exeter team really like their back 3 here.
Saints 56-10 Rovigo
Saints have the thoughtest match here but the backline make it a rout.
Bath 68-6 Prato
No competition anywhere here.
Wasps 50-7 Villa
Great balance of young and old here. Hearing good things about this Carlos Neiato too!!

Banca 6 - 43 Worcester
Pack wins this for Worcester. Chesters on the worcester wing is the most prolific try scorer in the country so should do okay v this opposition but would be weakness in a harder game.
Padova 10 - 41 Exeter
Exeter far to strong. Toeava a brilliant signing and will score some tries here. Bell also a very useful addition. This competition will be very competitive once side drop down from HC.
Saints 64 - 10 Rovigo
Another big win for Saints. Strong side with lots of talented EQ youth involved.
Bath 50 - 0 Prato
Routine for Bath. Good side which outclasses the opponents.
Wasps 41 - 6 La Villa
Once more its very comfortable for Arry. Exceptional start for the seaosn from Wasps.
