I think Fan is being harsh. Bastos is a good player, although he is your Gaitan. He is no worse, but no better than a dozen other LW in this league. IMO, a fair value would be £12-15m (ignoring any premium added for you selling one of your first teamers)

.......really Afro. Do you people actually watch players??

When this league started I said Soldado was a badman, 2nd hatrick of the season last night and the quickest CL hatrick.
I also said Kevin Prince Boateng was becoming one of AC Milans top players, Milan 3-0 down against Lecce, KPB 14minute hatrick and BOOM Milan win 4-3. His goal yesterday was pure sickness, great tekkers from him.

But what do I know hey

KPB can also be gash, but presumably you know that as you clearly watch more of these players than anyone else.

Soldado has been great this season, I agree.

Bastos is a good player, but no better than Gaitan, who you have been ridiculing for days. Neither are £30-40m player. Both are £15m level player IMO.

Your opinion of the players is as valid as mine, but likewise, mine is as valid as yours, and yes I base my opinion on watching a lot of the players. If I don't watch them, I don't form any opinion of them.

Only his buy out clause...he is good just not as great as people are making out, my opinion.

but yes these are just judgements based on watching players/teams/football.

Having all the sports channels I tend to record all highlight show and watch them when the Mrs isnt around.

And that is exactly what I think about Bastos. I am not saying he is poor, because he is a good player, but not worth some of offers that you have received for him.

I think IRL they are talking about £15m and Lyon having to take a loss on him.

Ledesma is that exact style of player and probably worth as much as any deep lying playmaker in the league, other than Modric and Montolivo.

He was quoted as looking at Liverpool as a realistic destination this week, and the price reported was £15m. I haven't seen anything on Juve since the summer. They were looking at him as a LB, but then bought Ziegler. I haven't seen anything since they shipped Ziegler straight back out again, but I guess it would make sense.

Viva - £20m, but I can't sell him this week as I need him to cover injuries.

I like Atletico Madrids top like the old barca with no sponsor. I play Football for the fans and love not the fat cat companies.

You can only wear a Football top to a match or if you are playing Football and if you are 16 and over you can not have a name or number on the back. Agree or disagree?

Disagree. I wear my Man United top every matchday. For years now when we have had big midweek games, ie CL quaters, semis, CL Final day, big FA Cup replay and so on I have worn my Man United top under my work shirt (not a white shirt im not stupid) for the whole day and through the match.

I think wearing it under your work shirt is okay.

Wearing them as an everyday fashion item, is wrong. On a non-match day, how often have you thought "right, I'm off to town, I think I'll wear my United shirt today" ?

Getafe are sponsored by Burger King. That's a sponsorship deal I can get behind.

I don't wear replica kits unless I'm playing, and nowadays we have our own unbranded kits anyway. They do have numbers on the back, but no names...

Never. Havent done since Ive growen up.
Saying that after losing to Barca in the CL Final I did wear it out the following day. I didnt care who and how many took the urine, I was wearing it to show my pride in the team I love.

To take a different tact, how about Goalkeeper tops?

Anyone remember the "painting by numbers" shirt that Seaman wore? And the Yellow one he wore in Euro '96 (with green and purple sides Shocked) I used have Schmeichels white one, with yellow and blue >'s and <'s on and the pea green one.

For some reason I collected them and wore them more when I was a kid rather than the actual shirts.
