Rio wouldn't be front-runner. Lampard or Gerrard is vice-captain, followed by Barry (I think?). Ferdinand doesn't even make the England squad.
That's a Poopie conspiracy theory.

You are aware that that is the most common excuse trotted out by institutions that ARE racist?Churchill wrote:Maybe because there's not as many talented black people going for those jobs?
One black candidate out of 5 not getting the job is quite likely. 5 candidates refused for 5 jobs would still represent statistical equivalence.
But for hundreds of jobs to be given exclusively to whites because all the black candidates just "happened" to not be talented doesn't hold water. There are several cases of black managers & club bosses in the French Ligue 1.
Coincidence, that the black talent all happens to be in France?

Not if it's Platini who takes his place. Platini would be 10 times worse while managing to be 10 times more stupid!
And that is looking like the more likely option, unless someone else comes along & makes a name for himself in a hurry.

And most of the managers in Ligue 1 are French, who some probably have African ancestors. There aren't many black managers that are as good as those that constantly challenge for the top jobs. Perhaps a Ligue 1 manager might be able to manage a mid-table Prem club, but how many clubs want someone with a little or no English experience in charge of their club now?
If you can name 3 good, black managers who have English experience or are British then you might have a case. But I'd struggle to name one manager who I'd be confident could handle a Premier League struggling club or one pushing for Europe, unless they had an outstanding reputation from abroad. Even then they'd get better offers from different clubs.

There are loads of foreign managers running English clubs! None of them are black!

I'd hardly call 25% loads. Of all 20 managers in the league, only 2 didn't have any experience in England when they were hired (Not including Wenger) and that's because one was flavour of the month (Villas-Boas) and the other had a good record (Mancini).
Determined you're on a wind up as nobody could be this silly.
