Who will be fired next?
Next Manager To Go? (NEW)
After Steve Bruce's departure and a few more weeks of football, who will be the next manager to bite the dust?

I hope its McLeish.
Maybe then the new manager would play guys who are good enough and should be playing.

In a sense, although they seem like clueless idiots, the Blackburn owners should be praised for not being rash and sacking Kean.
Sometimes, chairmen/owners can't win. They get slaughtered if they dish out P45s for fun, but mocked if they try and give a manager time.
Sacking AVB would be a huge call for Chelsea, very expensive, and not really addressing their underlying issues, but i suspect that if they don't get results against Newcastle, Valencia and City he might be on his way.

If you shout "sack the manager" the board back their man, if you shout "sack the board" they inevitably sack the sack the manager to appease the fans
Moral to the story perhaps

Kean prob won't go
He should go next, IMHO, but the contract extension suggests he won't.
Would it be unethical/illegal if the Blackburn chairman extended Kean's contract, and stuck £100,000 bet AGAINST Kean being 1st Prem manager to go? The odds must have been pretty good as I think he was odds on to go 1st.
Wonder if one could have bet enough to cover relegation cost?

We seem to get a few managers sacked when we beat their teams, so I wouldn't be surprised to see AVB sacked when Wigan beat Chelsea on the 17th
