Ricardo Lopez
Used to watch him box as a kid then stopped watching the lowest weights when we got sky at home (Watched WWF instead ). Great little fighter who doesn't get talked about often enough.
Have been looking into him recently and its been a pleasure to watch him fight. Not a great fan of the lower weights but I thought that someone who retired undefeated and matched the record of Joe Louis should be worth a second look. Clean hitter, sublime counters and EFFECTIVE aggression. Where does he rank for you in the p4p stakes?
He's on the 100 greatest punchers list at 80. I'm finding it quite difficult to judge the quality of his opposition (Wholly due to my ignorance of the lowest weights) and therefore his overall position in the pantheon of greats.
