Does anyone have Zelda Skyward Sword on Wii

Hi all, not much of a gamer but i got this game on my Wii for my birthday and to be honest i am really peed off with it as i cant go anyfurther.

I won the race, got the gift and Zelda has been kidnapped. I always return to a room where i think i am to follow the ghost. I do and i come up against a 'Cat'. The game gives absolutely no freaking clue as to what the task i have to perform. Its really peeing me off. Has anyone played this and can tell me what i should be doing?

I am at the point where i am ready to hunt down Robin Williams for his promotion of this game
