Should the RFU outbid the WRU to get the Poland training camp before the 6 Nations?

It looks like Wales are heading back to Poland before the 6 Nations kicks off.
Despite Wales not having a successful world cup there was no doubting that they were one of the fittest teams there, so should England look to do the same, it would be a perfect setting to knock some sense back into these players, lets face it what ever the WRU has paid the RFU could double it and upset Wales preparations for the 6 nations.

It would help if they had a squad first, then they can worry about taking them on holiday.
Its a bit ridiculous to expect that a training camp could significantly increase players fitness levels in just a couple of weeks anyway. You cant just magic fitness up from nowhere no matter how hard ytou train, its just more likely to leave them crackered when it comes to playing. If anything theyd be better off taking the Welsh players for a rest.

I'd say Ibiza would be a more suitable spot for your lot to do their 6N preparations....

Do dwarf's live in Ibiza Rodders I never realized.
Or is it the absence of servaillance camera's that is so attractive.
Or maybe the chambermaids are game for a bit of banter
Or the ferries allow high board diving
So much to choose from

It would be a bit pointless to be honest, there are bound to be other places for England to train and Englands place would seem to be better remember England have won 10 of their 13 games in 2011.
Wales have won 9 in 16 games!
So Martin Johnson had a far better record yet was slammed for his efforts, Warren gets just better than a 50/50 ratio and is given the freedom of Wales?!

But lets not forget that Gatland got Wales to beat Ireland in the QF. That's a massive achievement for Wales

I can't understand what people are going on about in terms of Wales going to Poland. As Seabiscuit said - how much difference can you make in two weeks in terms of fitness - Really!

Well its not so much to do with building fitness within 2 weeks. These guys are already pretty fit. Its more to do with enhancing their condition. That is something that can be achieved within a short period.

Butlins is out of the question then, you can't do any of that sh1t there.
Still it's better than a night out in Temple Bar.

They managed to beat us in the 6N too on a diet of beer and kebabs so I would read too much into it.....

I think the WRU bung to the ref did more than the diet mate...!roddersm wrote:HammerofThunor wrote:But lets not forget that Gatland got Wales to beat Ireland in the QF. That's a massive achievement for Wales
