How good are your goalkeeping skills?
How good are you as a goalkeeper? Konkura and Goalkeepingskills.com have launched a new series of free goalkeeping challenges aimed at finding and improving goalkeepers throughout the UK. To get involved simply go to Goalkeeper Challenge 1
The current goalkeepers at Preston North End have just posted videos of themselves completing the challenges.

Re: How good are your goalkeeping skills?
I used to play in goal for my sunday league team.
Had to quit though, injury to my knee, last January.
My best assest I would say was my shot stopping, wasnt to bad at crosses etc.
Was a bit indecisive at times.

Are you sure you didn't rupture a disc which fragmented into your spinal column?

When I were a lad I used to find myself being offered to the opposition to play in goal if the numbers needed evening up. "you can have him" - not too good for the ego!
