Take away Hogan Bischoff and Russo and bring in Haymen and they instantly give themselves a better chance

I don't think Russo is the issue.
Sure he has his detractors and left to his own devices he'll put together a show of gimmick matches, run ins and storylines that promise so much and are then are forgotten about the following week.
But he's creative, the issue is that he doesn't have a guy to work with that can then continue with the good ideas but also discount the bad ones.
I'm the same as Russo, he's what is known on the Belbin test as a plant

TNA need to look at things like the Belbin test and they'll quickly see that they're sadly missing quite a number of roles vital to a company. In Hogan and Bischoff you have two shapers.

i thought it because it is always on tv..
i havent got sky sports (only espn/eurosport etc) so never see it unless i flick it on sky1 on a sunday now and again.
