Trash Talk XXXVIII
First topic message reminder :
6CWF is an efed set on these 606 boards and has a great selection of promoers. It is currently run by Mat and JJ Johnson
Trash Talk is the place where all the 6wFers have the chance to talk about anything and everything (within reason!). It's also a place where newbies can enquire about entering the mad, mad world of 6CWF.
Contacting our GM now couldn't be easier, just PM on the link below.

That's going to be in my management recommendations - yes.

I also laughed at the "hug it out" comment - felt it was perfectly in character for Hobo to be completely oblivious to Cassius' feelings after having ran him over!
Re: Trash Talk XXXVIII
Absolutely brilliant. I'd assumed you had written it because it was so fitting to the character. Kudos to Mat if it wasn't you.
I hope we're paired again soon - I want to be able to promo with you when I don't have writer's block.
Come to think of it, Cassius and Hobo would be an hilarious tag team.

Well done Mat on a great show and a great segment!
And thanks for the win - I was surprised to get it with the calibre of opponents/ partners. Oh and Dubois as well.

Wasn't Kane in a "one serious, one comedy" tag team as well? I can't remember with who though??
One of ma' FAVE FIVE tag teams in 6WF history was a serious/comedy duo - Nemesis and Misfit!

Morning all
It's Friday which means I get to go home and see my wife and little boy
Sooo tired as well today who knew trying to raise money was so exhausting
Awesome Lockdown, Dicey's getting all the heart wrenching moments at the moment. And really enjoying Hobos return,I'll be honest not always a character I truly got but I like this version.
Any guesses for the Supershow card?

Using you as a sounding board for fund raising ideas
Thinking about arranging a 'Man vs Food' type challenge that people pay to enter
What do you think the challenge should be, obviously don't want outlay on our part to be too high
I was thinking Yorkshire puddings?

How about "Eat the UK"
Cornish Pasties
Arbroath Smokies
Caerphilly cheese
Welsh cakes
Yorkshire Puddings
Lancashire hotpot
Dundee Crab Cakes
Eccles Cakes
Melton Mowbray pork Pie
Alternatively, these could be the finishing manoeuvres of McGillucity's new gimmick of course

Re: Trash Talk XXXVIII
I love that lecturer!
It's his last day today as a teacher and he wanted to give a big middle finger to the Scottish school system and made the paper open book so a two hour exam became only an hour! And with that, I am forever finished with learning as I'll have gained all the qualifications needed for my apprenticeship. Good start to the weekend!
Going to read the show now!

I like it Adam but we would need something included from the North East
Pease Pudding perhaps?
I like the idea of chicken nuggets
Mash is a no, to much prep and I refuse to use smash
Is CP's wife actually called Joyce?

People won't sponser it if it's going to last 5 minutes.
Cheese and Pineapple on sticks. Ideal.

I suppose.
But people could eat loads and loads of cheese and pineapple on sticks. And cheese is expensive. I've never bought one, but I bet pineapples are the cheapest either.

A tin of pineapple is about 80p and you get about 30-40 pieces, it doesn't need to be expensive cheese, just a mild cheddar.

We have an out of this world ice cream parlour in the village I live in so might see if they will do something with us

Re: Trash Talk XXXVIII
You've never bought a pineapple?
Really?
A whole pineapple usually sets you back about £1.50, or you can get a quality one for about £2.
Half my weekly shop is usually spent on fresh fruit and veg.

I don't like pineapple. The fibrous bits in the fruit get in my teeth and get on my twazzock. Hence I've never bought one.

Ok so what fruit do you currently have in your house Electric.
Strawberry jam does not count, neither do pop tarts.
