Just back from Golf in Turkey
Thought others might be interested. I have just been to Turkey for a weeks golf. First time.
Very impressed - the hotel (Cornelia Diamond) was first class (5* so it should be really) - all inclusive (which helps)
I played a number of different courses:
The National was good
The Faldo (3 x 9 holes, so 3 courses) were excellent
The Mongtomorie was disappointing - great layout.. poor bunkers and greens
I will go back again next year as it was good value & very enjoyable

You did not get blown up while you were there so that's a plus.

LJ - thanx, One of our party had played the Pasha/Sultan on a previous occasion and gave good comments.
Douboug - I always felt safe, even when in the market

Played twice at the Pasha & Sultan and once at the National(may 2010) all courses were superb and in mint condition, stayed at the Sirene which was brilliant. Back their in June this year and taking in Lykia World links course, anybody played this course.

Hope the Cornelia Diamond is better than the Cornelia Deluxe where I stayed which was more like 2* than 5* - never stayed at a worse hotel in my life!
Agree with all the comments about the Sultan/Pasha - great courses and a good test of golf. Like Dazzler, I think the Sirene is a fantastic hotel, too.
