That still is not quite the same, as sports franchises in america sign up player from Colleges and high schools. Rose was 19/20 when the bulls signed him in the draft.

He had been playing College basketball before this.

Football teams as a whole pay for there own academy's were players are signed from 12/13 upwards and trained at the club all through to professional level (if they make it).

You cannot compare any american sport structure and bringing in your own players to many other countries.

I'm going to put my hands up and say I was wrong about Jericho's comeback (in parts). Thee whole silent thing did actually turn out to be pretty funny and I ended up enjoying it. Though I don't think it has been a success in turning him heel - if indeed that was the intent.

Lee - separate line of thought. Did you find you were just good at drawing, or did you have to learn how to be good. Is drawing a natural skill, or a practiced craft?

I've ordered it and got the red bull in to stay awake. I'm genuinely really excited for it which is rare for a WWE PPV, usually just hoping its not a complete failure.

I think my wife is almost on the verge of letting me buy one. A few times she's sounded like she's considered Royal Rumble, but its perhaps come a bit too early. I'm hoping she'll be a full convert in time for Wrestlemania. She is really enjoying Raw at the moment, so its possible.

I have always been able to draw personally but you can learn to technical draw. like life drawing, you could learn to craw a horse or an apple.

Think to draw from imagination you have to have a strong imagination. and I have met people in my life with absolutely no imagination lol.

By no means do I think I am great or nothing, I hate my work more than anyone at times lol. also I don't really try THAT hard with these pics cos they're just for fun. and I want to have em done fast for people
