I still think he could do a great job at the right club. And Leeds is definitely the right club.

Absolutely knackered mate, it's been another crazy week at work. I actually lost the will to live at about dinner time today after I had realised I was using the wrong size spanner to dismantle a turbocharger and rounded all the bolts. Commence 3 hours of blow torching bolts and using the worst tool ever (vice grips) to take them out. I hated my life for those full 3 hours.

So, thank god it is the weekend.

Yeah I basically just gave up as much carbs and fat as I could and made sure I don't late snack on crap which was my big vice.
Lots of little good things during the day to really speed up my metabolism.

And the vast amount of fruit I'm having has resulted in certain things being a little looser which means I've lost a fair bit of weight that way!!
