Proteins.
Morning chaps.
Prior to my post a week or so ago, I was hoping to receive a little bit of feedback.
I've decided to start buying protein powder, so that I can maintain my current exercise regime. My main goal is to bulk up but to also retain a decent level of fitness for football and handball, which obviously require high levels of stamina.
I was hoping some of you could recommend a decent brand/type which you think may suit what I'm after.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

Re: Proteins.
What is the rest of your diet like?
To many people treat protein as some sort of miracle cure to all exercise and fitness based issues. It isnt.
