Trevor Swann Empty Trevor Swann

Post by Zoot - Trevor Swann 6WF Tue 31 Jan 2012, 1:59 pm

Name: Trevor Swann
Nickname: The Straight Batter
Sex: Male
Weight: 180lb
Height: 5ft 7
Age: 31
Hometown: London, England
Class (Face/Tweener/Heel): Heel

Gimmick:
A cricket loving heel that rarely wins clean. Although he talks a fair bit most of it doesn't make much sense as it is just constant "sledging". He doesn't like loosing as was proven in his past so expect a beat down yourself if you win against him but leave him still moving.

Personality:
Will not tend to be found working with anyone else as he is so untrustworthy even for most heels to deal with. Will backstab just about everyone for his own protection as he is very cowardly and never wants to get his hands dirty. Only to be expected I guess due to his small size. He might be very smart but lacks the social skills. This has meant that to get anywhere in life so far he has had to "swindle" his way there. Cheating and deceiving are now fully part of his nature although he rarely gets caught.

Entrance Music: Dreadlock Holiday - 10CC https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbdCvzF4qqw
Entrance Details: Quite a simple entrance. He normally casually walks down to the ring with the lights all as wearing a cricket jumper and cap though which he takes off when he gets in the ring. A few practise cricket shots on the way down to the ring to an imaginary bowler warm him up.

Finishing Move 1: Swann Dive - A High-angle senton bomb / Swanton Bomb
Finishing Move 2: Cricket Bat to the head of an opponent when the refs back is turned
Trademark Moves: Hit for Six - A running punt kick to the head which he then pretends to follow with his eyes as though the head has been kicked out of the arena and raises his hands like a cricket umpire to signify a six
Box Check - A mandible claw move but carried out a little lower - to check if the opponent is wearing a cricket box for protection.
Submission Move: Never been known to win by submission but has been known to apply a surfboard move.
Highflying Moves: Swann Dive, Moonsault, Plancha
Five - eight common moves: Flaying Lariat, Standing Moonsault, Baseball slide, Plancha, Foot stomp

Taunts: I'll be hitting you straight over the rope, You just ain't got the bails,

Match Tactics (Clean/Dirty): Dirty
Match Style: Highflier, Hardcore,
Weapon of Choice: Cricket Bat
Specialty Match: Street Fight

History: He might well be lightweight and look like he stands no chance against most of the roster due to his diminutive size but with his unique and often illegal style he always stands a chance; that is if he doesn't get caught cheating. His style is based on the Lucha Libre with a strong British influence from the weapons he brings in to play. He is proud of his English heritage and claims to be related to Graeme Swann - although knowing how often Trevor tells the truth this is probably a lie.

He was born in London near to the Oval cricket ground and had a very good education as a youngster. It was whilst he was being educated at a private school that his lifelong passion for cricket formed. He never made it far though in the cricketing world after frequently breaking his bat over bowlers’ heads after he was bowled out. As a result of this he got thrown out of his school and became quite an underachiever. He has never had any formal training in the wrestling world and learnt most of his in ring ability from brawls outside of pubs and clubs in London; always managing to flee the scene before getting in trouble with the police. This might seem strange as he is not a brawler but a true lightweight high flier.
