Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Surprised no one has bitten on that, still a decent player.
Can someone set up and maintain a 'completed foreigns' page for me? Won't take long to do but it's just one less thing I have to do!

Yeah he can do a good job for someone at the right club. Guess others like me want the cash for TPs
Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Morning Kam, did make you an offer yesterday, mainly interested in Ramires.
Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Releases open tomorrow boys.
Anyone up for a deal - I'm after a DM to potentially replace De Jong and a world class AMC.

I'm up for a deal and have either Gotze or Ozil for the AM role but it depends on what you would stump up.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
It's amazing how much Kevin Prince Boateng has come on as a player. Got to be worth a good £15-20 mill.
Nice to see Ibrahimovic perform for a change as well.

Milan played well.
Should have been 7 really. Pato, Boateng and Emmanuelson had great chances.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Not in the mood today for Arsenal jokes...I think Arsenal did that enough last night as it is
Boateng's goal was brilliant and was impressed with Milan overall.
Beware of my Arsenal 'hating rating' wrath in the next few weeks
Wallcott
Arshavin
Rosicky

Their names are already on the list
I'd still be keen on Ramires mate if there's something we can do.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Really?
I don't think anyone had an average game let alone good.
Rosicky hasnt scored for us for over 2 years I think.
Why play him instead of Ox who is on form

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Well I saw more of him on the game. For me, I thought he was the best at trying to move Arsenal forward and be a creative outlet.
Obviously, wasn't amazing like the rest of the team but noticed him more than usual when watching Arsenal.

If a team releases a player, can another team buy them for the released price?

So, to clear it up:
1) Team A Releases Mr. X for £5m (half of market value).
2) Team B wants to buy Mr. X.
3) Team B pays £10m for him (actual market value).
Is this correct?

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Correct TSC
It prevents managers releasing a player, buying a foreign and then buying back the original player for the same amount once he has his predo cash for a cash flow advantage.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Just a reminder:
I allowed a temporary period for a larger squad size of 25, between foreigns opening and releases opening.
All squads will have to a MAXIMUM of 25 by 5PM FRIDAY.

Reminder to everyone that I will not be adding players to the released list (and you shouldn't add the money for them!!) until they have been posted on the the "Transfer Confirmation" page.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Pull, can you please confirm what is happening with releases.
Are the prices half the value on the transfermarket site, or half the value of this:
Standout player in position - £30+ million
World Class player (Top 3/4 in position) - £25 - 30 million
Top class International (Established Int) - £20 - 25 million
International - £18 - 23 million
Top league player - £15 - 21 million

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Pick any of the Arsenal ones for that, most looked like they were lying down never mind sitting last night.
Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
I'm interested in Ozil, not exactly sitting midfielder but would put Lamps back there.

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Sorry Hodgey, Ozil is only leaving on a trade up for a single player rather than a trade down for 2 or 3.
Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
Why would someone just trade Ozil individually for someone better?

Re: Fantasy European League Homepage™
See, I would say half of the amount they would cost through foreigns - ie. the bidding guide I have put up.
That is only a guide though and it is their CURRENT status. Owen, for example, has been a top international but now would be less than top league player.
