Good news for Tennis fans

The performance Del Boy executed in dismissing Berdych in Rotterdam semi's was amazing, now its Del Boy vs Fed final. Looks like Del Boy slowly getting his grove back, he was very impressive in AO till a stamina wipe out occurred in the 3rd set against Fed in Quarters.

Del Boy will be a real challenge in FO, can't wait for the Rotterdam finals, a win over Federer will boost his confidence to sky high making him believe he can get back to where he once was.

Well if Federer raises his game and plays brilliantly like in AO 2012 Del Boy won't have a chance. OK he could get a set.
But Fed has to improve, if he plays like he did against Niemanman he'll get crushed.

Well I dont deny Federer is a great player, but he is not at his best any more, and jack and jills beat him these days, so if Del Boy play his A-game, i will say he will win it.

Has Federer already beaten Davy? I thought they were to play later on

They are yet to play, its just an assumption that Fed will make it.

I say Davy would beat Del on current form and Fed would lose to Del.

Would be great if Davydenko would find back his form of late 2009 when he won the WTF beating Del Potro who'd just won the US Open. In that form, Davydenko can trouble also Nadal and Djokovic.

Besides Del Potro and Davydenko, I'm hoping Nalbandian can roll back the years this season!

@ prostaff and JM, davy on his day can play like a well oiled machine, but thats what makes Roger the greatest player to over come spirited opponents, its gonna be a great match in the finals but doubt Fed will overcome a spirited challange from Del Boy, its del Boy's time.

It is JDP in two or maybe three tough sets, I think. Wish it is a win for RF though. If he defeats DP, omens are good for the FO.

I think federer takes it as long as he's fresh.

He is a really bad matchup for Del Po.

i am no expert, but apart from that us open and the world finals, Roger has always done well vs DP. I think it is nearing another change of guard situation, much as i don't relish it. WSR i am happy to be proved wrong. WSR=without sounding repetitive

Well well well. I was SO wrong.

Well it was a very good performance from Roger, on the other hand DP is still struggling for consistency that he had in 2009, I guess he takes positive from this match and gets better as the season goes on.

Good to see DelPo in a final. Federer played well to win. The Davy win was well earned.
