Of course it does.

(Queue the counter-argument that in fact 98.897% of the sailors in the British Trafalgar fleet were born within a square mile of Cardiff Arms Park)

But they needn't bother as this is is nothing to do with Saturday's game.

This is about the smoke and mirrors emanating from Admiralty Arch (i.e. SW12).

The point is that without a strategic campaign plan, any number of changes of Admirals and captains is pretty pointless.

Whilst the fat, lazy 'leaders' sit contentedly in their private gentlemen's clubs smoking fat cigars and quaffing vintage port and cognac, they issue summary dismissals of Admirals only to haul out a Second Officer from the poop deck to replace him.

Bfraw Bfraw Bfraw.

Meanwhile local European skirmishes are being lost right left and centre.

Another G&T Billy?

Bfraw Bfraw Bfraw.

Well, you never know. Smile Nelson was a junior officer once. Let's see how the game goes before you walk the plank blindfold holding a gun to your head. Wink
