Favourite Tv Character of all time

Well as the title suggests who is your favourite TV star of all time and why?

Mine's is hands down Dr Perry Cox from Scrubs! His rants are legendary and the fact that his character is supposedly an extension of his real life personality makes it even better!

I think all the characters from Red Dwarf are classics. I'd also say that with Bottom, you can't have Richie without Eddie...they're a team!
