I don't want to sound... ungentlemanly, but it really is time the BBC got rid of this woman and her incredibly annoying interview technique.
Whoever she's interviewing - coaches, players - she always tries to ask the controversial question or wind them up into giving an unguarded response. It's like she's always looking for the tabloid headline. Her favourite interviewee, obviously, seems to be Mr Gatland but fortunately he seems to be giving more sensible responses these days - his 2 grand slams comment before the game today was a nice riposte.
But really - enough's enough. Give the players and coaches a break - they've got enough on their plates without having to deal with her questions before and after games. (Mind you, that bloke Graham Simmons on sky is just as bad but what do you expect from sky).

Re: Sonia McLaughlin
I'm pretty sure that it is compulsory for all BBC rugby anchors, pundits, commentators & interviewers to be knobs, douches or both. Keith Wood is probably the only one that bucks the trend.
All the decent ones like Lynagh, Fitzpatrick, Wallace, Quinell, Greenwood & Ryan are at SKY, though they do their best to undermine that with Barnes & Morris.

Think you forgot the ITV ones, Phil Vickery is a legend, well in his own mind and he was one of the better ones.

Yeah Sonia really really really annoys me. Whats worse is she doesnt seem to actually know much about the game and goes into the interview with prepped questions designed to inflame.

And talking of douches - king of them has to be that rip roaring erse Guscott. Yes he that stated Richie Gray was not good in the loose for a lock last year. Have a wee look at your own locks Jeremy. An utter bell end !
