Hmm, this thread has been stalled for quite a time so I'll do my bit to get it back humming.

Luckless, gotta say The Beatles were never my personal cup of tea.... especially Paul's more La, La orientated numbers.  I seem to always raise an ear when its more convincingly a John Lennon effort though.

I'm sure I should know who Adam Levine is, but even if I did, I'll have to be sacrilegious here and say I think 'Purple Rain' is an overblown, pompous song, regardless of who plays it. That solo on the outro - that's just so ponderous. And I think Prince is the Poopie, especially his stuff with the Revolution.

That being said what im going to post won't be much better for most, Just surprised she had this in her since mainly a rapper didn't even recognize her when watched it live.

I struggle with Dylan covers. It's like a cask of stout travelling from the brewery: the further it travels from Dylan's mouth, the more insipid it becomes.
