BIG BUCKS

Those of us lucky enough to be around at this time will tell their grandchildren of the exploits of this truly great(and i use that word sparingly) horse.In what has been a golden era with the likes of Kauto,Denman,Master Minded etc,its this fella that i put up as the best National Hunt horse of the last 25 years.Any which way they chose to ride him,over any course,on any going,against any opposition,he just pulls it out.Im still not convinced that we know how good he really is because he only does what he has to,he was dossing all the way up the Hill today,ears pricked,watching himself on the big screen! All the words that can have been said about him probably have but id like to say that he is a legend,a true great,a true superstar.Long may he continue.

Nice tribute and cant really improve on what you've said. Voler ran a great race today but Big Bucks pulled it out as he always does. Would have loved to see Quevega take him on at some stage although would be unfair for one minus Ruby..
