Maybe it's going to be at a catchweight
The guys carzy, he could put himself in severe danger doing this.

The last fight in December has him weighing in at 284 lbs. He's down to fight Zoltan Petranyi in June at heavyweight

Re: Danny Williams to fight at middleweight...
I'm thinking that it was put out as an April fool, Boxrec did list him as due to face 0-3 German middleweight Marcus Meyer on 31st March at one point but that has been removed. I can find rumours of the bout from as early as 12th March though, which doesn't fit with the 'April' fool idea.
Either way it appears to have fallen by the wayside as he is now due, as bhb says, to rematch Petranyi in June.
It appears that the producers of KOTV were suckered, unless it was their idea of an April fool, they are usually a couple of weeks behind everyone else to be fair.

I read this the other week (after April Fools day though, I'm fairly sure) in Boxing News. A balls up to match that of the WBO moving a dead fighter up their rankings list.

This story was getting spammed around the forums. Surprised that KO TV are still running with it a few weeks later.

Altough i don't stay up until 4 in the morning nowadays to watch it, KOTV are usually at least a couple of weeks behind.

He has already said hes a shot fighter, I can only believe its for the money. When I watched Chisora beat up what was largely a defenseless target in Williams, I thought it was incredibly sad, its a terrible idea....
