Miz Out of Mania!!!

Disaster has struck WWE.
With Mania only a couple of days away, The Miz has injured himself whilst training for the match.
He appears to have damaged his ankle as he reported on Twitter though the night:

“Felt a snap whilst training. Cant walk. Off to hospital for scan.”

Where does this leave the WWE Championship? How can WWE rescue this match?

Is Miz in the Mania match anyway? I thought it was Cena v the Rock? That’s what WWE seem to have hyped it as anyway.

If Miz is injured then it's unfortunate because i really think he was going to retain somehow and cement himself as quite a decent champion.

They have stated that Miz has confirmed a minor fracture on his ankle. He is out for at least 6 weeks.

Early word, is that Vince is going to draft someone in to the match, as Rock isnt ready to go a long match (or willing apparantely).

Any chance this could possibly open the door for a last minute MITB match? Admittedly, Vince will want Cena still on the card, but with only one World title on the line, could the inclusion of a MITB make up for some of the lost prestige of the event?

This is the setup for Rock versus Cena for the vacant belt with Rock winning. No two ways about it. Vince is a kayfabe genius. Of course Miz is ok. They will milk it for Mania.
