was laying MGS:3 was confused at first after the ending of 2 but worked it out that you play as big boss snake not Solid Snake. ,, explains why its set in 1964 compared to the 32nd being in 2009.

I'm actually replaying Final Fantasy 7 at the moment, whenever I get a bit of Playstation time. And I've been sucked right back into it again. Still unbelievable, even after 15 years

What happened this morning Tooze?

i had no clue on what MGS was but got it from my bday so though fine ill give it ago... man its soo addicting .. its just the fact that is Unique and diffrent compared to that COD rubbish , and the story sucks you right in , sure its confusing at first but. when you figure it out its great and contains alot of messages in its cut scene etc, ok the cut scene are abit long but they need to be the action in them are fantastic!

easily became my Fav Gaming Series of all time. first time ive been sucked into a series which i had no clue about.

hows FF? I Here its hard ? does it have long CS and complex story ala MGS?

Final Fantasy isn't really that hard. It can be quite strategic, but not too much. They tend to have non-storyline missions which have the extremely difficult fights if you do want to test yourself. 7's cut scenes aren't too long, but in later versions the cut scenes do get a little long winded at times. And the stories, particularly 7, are brilliant. Complex, with great characters who have a lot of backstory which always tie together nicely.

7 through to 10 are immense. 11 was some weird online game so I didn't bother. Never played 12 (no idea why - think is because I was in uni). And 13 was good (if I'm being generous). They're nowhere near as good as they used to be though.

Metal Gear Solid 1 was amazing. And 2. I've also got 4, but the cut scenes in that took the mickey and I lost interest a lot - never completed it.

Tooze - to be fair to Mrs. Tooze, she probably didn't want to go mate. I hope you didn't make that lovely girl feel bad about it?

yeah was thinking of getting 13 but thought it would make no sense at all.

yeah 2 is the first one i played and thought it was amazing and loved the story and the way it ended , even though when i started it i thought i was going to be Snake all the way through. so ive played as Soild about 30% Raiden 70%
now with 3 it looks to be 100% as Naked Snake/Big Boss meaning i cant play as Solid intill i get the 4th which is going to take ages ! since i died 67 times on 2.

Final Fantasy's are individual stories Bull. So 13 is not a sequel to 12 and includes completely different characters in a completely different world. So no need to worry on it making sense.
