Niall Quinn
Niall Quinn is a biased so-and-so and should never be allowed to commentate. Agree or disagree?
And who are the most biased pundits you've ever seen/heard?

Re: Niall Quinn
He's actually a good commentator, but it was daft to give him that game today, former City and Sunderland player, isn't he still on the board at Sunderland as well? He was never going to give Newcastle any credit.

Re: Niall Quinn
I agree with you TSC.
The best commentators are those that are unbiased and call it as they see it, whilst commentating on a City game, he just won't do that... Plus, he's bloody boring.

Re: Niall Quinn
I think Quinny is a top man but he shouldn't have been goven that game to commentate on. Was always going to be a tough ask for him not to be biased. On a sidenote his autobiography is probably the best sports autoboigraphy I've read.

Re: Niall Quinn
shockingly biased but what do you expect from former players giving the chance to commentate at Sky. I'm glad Wilkins got removed but Quinny better not be a full timer next season

Re: Niall Quinn
Gary Neville is the probably the least biased of them all he simply calls it as it is no matter whos playing

Mr Ferguson will see to it that his SKY colleagues block any chance of Niall returning. Heard it here first.

Re: Niall Quinn
I thought Quinn was appalling during the City-United match, you could tell his arms were aloft when Kompany headed the goal in.
I think he offers little insight to a game and failed to hide his allegiance to City in the derby match. I really hope he isn't a regular fixture in next seasons commentary box! Come back Ray Wilkins all is forgiven....

Re: Niall Quinn
So then... ditch Quinn because he shows some bias towards his former club city, but don't ditch Roy Keane who regularly tells us ManU will have too much for opposition.ermietrude wrote:I thought Quinn was appalling during the City-United match, you could tell his arms were aloft when Kompany headed the goal in.

Roy Keane doesn't work for Sky Sports....don't get me started on ITV! Plus Keane loves a dig at Fergie these days so balances itself out.
