Welcome one and all to the grand opening of the Championship Wrestling Academy

Founded in 2012 this company is the vision of one man,a Mr Andrew Lennox.

Lennox is a life-long wrestling fan who has always dreamed of owning his own franchise.After years of building up a successful empire in computer software,the New York native has finally accumulated enough funding to map out his new venture.

This isn't going to be a walk in the park,securing television rights and advertisement backing has become a serious issue and has forced Lennox to lower his short-term expectations.

The Championship Wrestling Academy is not on the scale of WWE,TNA or Ring of Honour.We do not for see ourselves competing with British giants 6WF and 6CW either in the very near future.However, it is our goal to offer a new breed of professional wrestling, one that will interact with the fans and hopefully create a new generation of stand-out stars.

CWA will begin filming in the near future,and for the time-being will be available exclusively online.We will be broadcasting out of several small venues across the East Coast,but hopefully we will be able to move across the Atlantic if success permits.

Championship Wrestling Academy will offer fans and the superstars alike an opportunity at building an enterprise that will be remembered for years to come.We will start small but our long-term goal is to blow the competition out of the water,becoming a global trend-setter.
