50 wins at each of the Slams
Providing he can get through the first round at RG, Federer will be the first man to chalk up at least 50 wins at all four Grand Slam events. Of course, the Australia Open was the one that a number of players routinely missed in the 1970s and 1980s, otherwise someone would probably already have achieved this feat.
Nevertheless, it's a fine record - showing consistency and fitness. Reckon there's a chance that Fed might even have time to rattle off 60 wins at all four GS before he packs it in. Rafa should be the next one to achieve the 50-wins-at-all-four-GS mark, and Djoko could do it. But who else is likely to do it?

What's he got at each of them? Is there one lagging behind? You'd think not, as he's made so many finals at RG.

Re: 50 wins at each of the Slams
The Fed GS record is
AO - 63 wins
RG - 49
Wmbldn - 59
USO - 61.
Also, just one win at the French this year will take Rog to 233 total singles wins at the Slams and clear of the current equal record holder on 232 - Jimmy Connors.
Here is a good link to all this...and lots of other stuff too

Thanks!
AO more than Wimbledon! Surprising.
It's like a convoy, as fast as the slowest member. In his case the French.
To pass a Connors longevity-type record is extraordinary, even for the 16 times winner.

Fed's has not failed to reach at least the S-F of the AO since 03 and his SW19 record has been slightly tarnished by the two successive QFs.
