Alex Ariza has agreed to Q&A

Alex Ariza is going to do a Q&A with us. This is great as I only Tweeted him two mins ago. Plesse keep questions civil and I will send him the best ones.

This is great news! I want to get a rounded group of people involved in boxing to do Q&A's and Ariza is a huge part of boxing these days.

"How different do you do things, being the only conditioning coach with any real notoriety?"

Who would you say is the strongest fighter you have worked with in terms of brute strength?

When Amir Khan first came to you what were the most obvious things to you that needed to be improved?

What do you think makes you an exceptional strength and conditioning coach above others?

"What types of exercises do you employ your fighters to undertake in order to prepare them properly for there fights?"

"How did Amir Khan's condition in the McCloskey fight compare to his condition when you were coaching him? Did you see any major weaknesses in his performance?"

"If you could work with any current boxer, who would it be and why?"

How much of a boxing fan, versus a fitness nut are you? Any interest in training the technical aspects of the sport now you have worked so closely with great trainers and fighters?

It will be hard to think of some difficult questions for Ariza. He pretty much answers everything openly and honestly on Twitter (eg: Bob Arum being the reason for Manny vs Floyd not happening). Good scoop Sean btw, I just don't think there isn't anything Ariza can say that we already don't know.

I would ask:

Are you aware of any top world level fighters who are currently juicing, no names need to be given but how much likely is it that this will continue without being fixed. Also who do you blame for the doping agencies not being allowed to test every fighter fighting at competitive level?

I like his honesty Sean, he doesnt seem to care who it upsets. He has to train with Pacquiao who is Top Rank and Chavez Jr whos under the same promoter, yet he openly bad mouths Bob Arum for being greedy etc. Quality stuff, and his hatred for Michael Koncz is always great to see.

How hard does Freddie Roach push his fighters? Is Pacquiao close to the limit in terms of his abilities?
