Back to the negotiation table with the owners of stadium. Which is good news for them as they might get offered a better price now.

The next viable move is Earls Court. Otherwise anywhere else will be too far from Stamford Bridge to be considered "Chelsea" territory.
I personally would love us to stay at Stamford Bridge and expand the current capacity but health and safety prohibits that.
The thing I'd absolutely hate was if we got a cookie cutter stadium like Arsenal.

Got to be Earls Court if nothing can be done with Stanford Bridge.
There plans for Battersea were pretty awful, glad they didn't win.
