To be fair, in general Liverpool do better against the bigger sides than they do against smaller sides.

Re: Opening weekend fixtures
You will certainly be up for it.
But Lambert will have something to prove this season, like to think we will do alot better than last season.
Was at Villa-Norwich game last season, difficult game for us.
Interesting to see Lambert has made the dugout nearer the Holte End the home dugout.

Lambert is very maticulous. He even changed the colour of the sleeves of our shirt last season cos he didn't like it!!!
He also realises the importance of the fans, and after seeing the stadium at Villa Park nowhere near full last season for most games, he realises he need them back

Re: Opening weekend fixtures
Main reason for that was McLeish and the type of football we were playing.
Looking forward to seeing how he does.
3 tricky games to start with.
Also looking forward to seeing who Lambert has in mind to sign.
Need a central defender, attacking midfielder, we have signed Hollman, dont know to much about him.
And another forward.
Olly.
I met Gary Doherty week last sunday, only spoke to him a couple of minutes, obviously dissapointed about Croatia result.
Forgot to ask him what Lambert was like.
Would have been good to get a pro's opinion.

I know Lambert likes certain players, and will probably look to go after them. Naughton is one, as is Snodgrass. I will deffo be at Villa Park on 27th of October to see us beat Villa
YOU MET THE DOC!!!!!!! WHAT A LEGEND THAT MAN IS
All the players loved Lambert, because he is honest with them. And he isn't afraid to make the big decisions, if a player is out of form
