Spoilt for choice
A big weekend of boxing coming up, with Wladimir Klitschko taking on Tony Thompson in Switzerland, an excellent card at the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield featuring Brook vs Jones and a couple of what should be decent rematches, Hope vs Proska and Rees vs Mathews, and of course on Channel 5 the Tyson Fury roadshow continues with Chris Eubank Jr supporting.
Question is, which will you be watching and why?

I'll be watching Kell Brook, what channel is Wlad on? Will probably record Fury, but will not break my heart if I miss him against Maddalone as he is truly awful.

I'm not sure if the Wlad fight is available in the UK, I was thinking of our international 606v2ers on the continent who may have access.

The Brook bill for me, too. Will record Fury and Eubank Jr and try to catch Wlad-Thompson online somewhere before the end of the weekend.

Is Wlad not on boxnation? Or has Frank spunked all his budget for the rest of the year on Haye Chisora

Seems that Wlad will be on BoxNation after all! Not expecting it to be much of a contest (think Wladimir might just record back to back stoppages inside of six rounds for the first time in God only knows how long!) but will certainly watch it at some point all the same.

Re: Spoilt for choice
Thompson wasn't ready last fought Wlad, but now he knows what to expect, is fully prepared, and has a plan.
It's probably a plan that ends with him lying on his back, but at least he has a plan this time.

Re: Spoilt for choice
If his plan is good enough to even make the fight remotely competitive, Union, then I'll bestow upon you the title of '606v2 oracle.'
Just get the feeling that we'll see a little more ruthless a version of Wladimir from here on in - his confidence is sky high and, despite being thirty-six, he still seems to be improving with every fight. I have faded memories of him playing it safe with Thompson when they fought in 2008 and gassing a little late on, being forced to hold and only throwing in ones and twos, but he's a better fighter now than he was four years ago. Lets his hands go a little more, throws more combinations and has better balance, too. No more 'Bambi on Ice' moments!

Thompson by early KO.
Maddalone takes a points decision - UD over Fury
Eubank Jr gets knocked out in the second after too much showboating
Jones takes a UD after Brook dominates the fight.

Can't find odds for Eubank, but stick a tenner on an accumulator for the other three and you'll win £17,920.00
Get yourself down Willy Hills, JM...

Re: Spoilt for choice
Box nation better pick up the Donaire vs Mathebula card, I don't give a monkeys about Wladimir vs Thompson II. They have had Donaire's last two fights, he hasn't switched promoters, so there is no excuse!!
Donaire is extremely exciting to watch and p4p one of the best in the sport. That's the fights they promised to deliver, not a 12 round snoozefest!!
Frank get it sorted!!!!
