Yes I know it pretty well. Not so good with abroad, so that is where Soddy and Viva will be able to help

Well it depends what route we want to go down with players. Do we want to sign Football League players (ala Norwich last year) or Prem oldies (ala QPR) or foreign guys (ala Swansea)?

Hmm, I don't think FL players are necessarily the way to go - we want guys to keep us up, so people with experience of the top leagues.

I agree. Reading have some decent players anyway. If we are going experience I know managers who we could get
