Kansas City-West Brom (yo-yo club)
Eagles-Spurs (full of good players who struggle to fulfil their talent with a championship. Also both haven't been champions since 1961)
Colts-Arsenal (Always there abouts, a title win once in a while. Currently rebuilding)

I'd say the Packers are like Cork City really- fan owned, wear green, got screwed over by a former player (Brett Favre/George O'Callaghan), had struggles in the 90s etc, etc.
