Many of the best/worst newspaper headlines have been about Sir Chris Hoy. For example:

I know it's not a pun by I winced as the Chinese diver stepped up and they announced that Chink Ai was ready to dive. I couldn't believe my ears until I saw his name come up on the screen Qin Kai!!!

Reign of Victoria ends in Meares....

There's also a Taylor Made cycling headline for years to come if Trott wins lots of medals, eg

I wanted to make the tenth post on this thread so that my pun would be the best. I sat down and worked my way through ten options and thought that at least one of them might come up trumps. Sadly, no pun intended.
