dvd review Aikido to Jiu-Jitsu
New blog, decided to put it into its own topic as it deals with cross training between two separate arts that do have common ancestry and can be used together or independently. From a self-defence perspective Aikido does have gaps and this dvd helps to fill those gaps in relation to ground fighting, which statistics say is highly likely in a street fight.

Jujutsu/Jiu-Jitsu does have several forms (including Aikido) and all have their uses and advantages. Cross-training in multiple forms of Jujutsu I think is a good idea to have a complete fighting system.
