Jeff : Who'll get promoted without threatening a law suit?
Well that is a thorny question as nothing much has been resolved since last season.
Nothing has been resolved thus far as nothing has been agreed save that the ridiculous Championship playoffs have been abandoned.
Nothing has been agreed on ground requirements (so far as I'm aware) for promotion - save that when a club does come top, they either comply or have to move to a temporary host to comply (which is a poke in the eye to clubs which are attempting to develop properly).
All in all, this means that the RFU/PRL doesn't rouse itself even after being hit round the face with a large, wet pollack.

Port - so does that mean the only team that can be promoted are Bristol (well without a law suit)? Good news for London Welsh after all.

Well if you assume that Oxford come last and that you ignore the likes of Newcastle etc. then my best guess would be I don't know.
And neither do PRL/Jeff so far as I can interpret it - just like the Welsh prem as I understand it.
